RAC System

The bags for the RAC system are custom designed for our Crank Forward line (excluding Hammertruck and recumbents). The large measures 27 X 9 X 15” and the small 24 X9 X15” with cubic volumes of 2.1 and 1.9 cubic feet respectively. A maxi and mini bag and rack set adds 11 and 10.75 pounds respectively. Bags weight 4 pounds or less, and racks are 3 to 3.1 pounds typically. Max load 50 pounds per bag. Constructed: Bags are produced in our Hays plant, made of 9.1 ounce Cordura, with Lexan panels to hold shape. Features: Side mesh pocket, reflector strips, handles on each end, and an extra flap that will allow further extension to cover large cargo. Please note when ordering a single RAC pannier as a replacement to a set color variation may occur, and some colors may not be available. We cannot guarantee a perfect match in color.
